What window cleaning covers

We clean the outside of windows and glass surfaces where they cannot be reached from the ground: upper-floor windows, glazed facades, and terrace and balcony glazing.

The service is meant for exactly those surfaces that would otherwise need scaffolding, a lift or a rope access team.

How the work is done

A drone does the washing. The crew stays on the ground, nobody steps onto a sill or a roof, and no ladder is put against the wall.

Before the work we look the property over: the glass, the height and what surrounds it. We hold an official authorisation to fly over houses and the work is insured. For housing associations and commercial clients we supply a copy of the authorisation, proof of liability insurance and a site-specific risk assessment.

What window cleaning does not cover

We do not clean the inside of windows — a drone works outdoors. Interior surfaces need an ordinary cleaning service.

Cleaning also does not include cleaning frames and sills separately, replacing seals or glazing, or cleaning blinds and awnings. If we see cracked glass or a failed seal while cleaning, we tell you, but we do not fix it ourselves.

We name the product we use on your property, and the Estonian biocide authorisation it is approved under, in your quote.

How long the work takes

We give the duration in your quote, for your property specifically. We publish no general figure: it depends on the property, and we have no measurements of our own to base one on yet.
